The kids and I are loving these warm summer days. Lazy mornings, easy meals, and playing outside all afternoon. Here's what we've been eating/doing the last couple days.

I *need* the recipe to your broccoli salad...I don't have a good one and it's calling my name!
ReplyDeleteQuestion--what do you use as a replacement for mayo? Do you make your own, or have you found a suitable sub? We consume a lot of it here...
AND, the kids LOVE that CD! Ainsley falls asleep to her "Capertillar Story" pretty much every night! I am thinking they may need more and I LOVE what they teach.
Kierra,
ReplyDeleteI am SO glad that your kids like the CD. Isn't it wonderful?! We have another one that my kids like even more.

I usually make my own mayo. I don't really measure, I just throw thing in the blender. This recipe is similar to what I do....

If I'm going to use a store bought one, I like Veganaise. You should be able to find it in the refrigerated section of your health food store.
Hope you are doing great. Your blog is such an inspiration to me! :)
