Wednesday Eats

Here is what we ate today...

Breakfast - Fried egg, raw cheese, a slice of turkey, and raw butter all on a leftover sprouted wheat biscuit from last night. Pure heaven.

Lunch - Salmon salad sandwiches (fried in butter, of course), peas, and fresh yellow pepper. Ella ate an entire sandwich, her peas, her pepper, and then a couple more bites of my sandwich. Seth put the sandwich up to his tongue, so I made him some pancakes.

Snack - Fermented carrots

I finished up the chicken broth and got it in the fridge. How beautiful is that broth?

Dinner - Leftover veggies from last night, soaked quinoa cooked in chicken broth, Polyface bacon. Yum.
