Here is what we ate today....
Breakfast - Full fat unsweetened yogurt with granola, strawberries and blueberries
Lunch - Sunday nachos. Blue chips, refried beans, guac and raw goat cheese
Snack - Grandma sent us home with fresh strawberries, blueberries and watermelon. We all snacked on the strawberries and blueberries this afternoon.
Dinner - Blake made us dinner tonight! Whole wheat pasta with portobello mushroom sauce and turkey meatballs. Spinach salad with grape tomatoes and carrots. Dessert was kiwi, strawberries and blueberries. Is it just me or does everything taste better when someone else makes it for you?
Sunday treat - I made high protein almond butter cookies. To switch things up, I cooked them in mini muffin pans and put a little whipped cream on top. We had a fun evening reading books, eating cookies, and I was busy meal planning for the week.
